  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the raspberries release their juices.
  2. Stir regularly until it simmers, then lower the heat and simmer for about 8 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl using a spatula to extract as much pulp as possible.
  4. Allow the coulis to cool to room temperature before transferring it to an airtight container.
