Ingredients
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4" rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp sweet paprika
Instructions
- To make the balsamic glaze, heat balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling. Reduce to medium-low and simmer for about 20 minutes until thickened. Allow cooling.
