  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant; pour in heavy cream and stir until thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  5. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
