Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (or graham cracker crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup pretzel crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (separated)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup pretzels (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and dark brown sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract while mixing. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Spoon the filling into the cooled crust and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  4. For the topping, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream over low heat until smooth, then pour over the pie. Top with chopped pretzels and peanut butter cups.
  5. Slice and serve chilled.
