- 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of fine sea salt
- Fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or any other fruit
- Optional fresh honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy; add egg and extracts.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients until just combined.
