Ingredients
- 200g shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup white rice (jasmine or basmati)

- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup diced carrots
- Salt & pepper to taste
