Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • lbs baby potatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add baby potatoes, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  2. Season sirloin steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil along with 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear steak bites for about 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant, then return cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
  4. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
