- 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5–6 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

- Season sirloin steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil along with 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear steak bites for about 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add remaining butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant, then return cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together.
- Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
