  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (shredded)
  • 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on top)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, and diced artichokes. Mix until well blended.
  2. Stir in the defrosted and squeezed spinach along with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9×9 baking dish or cast iron skillet and sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  4. Preheat your oven to 325°F and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Optional: broil for an extra 2 minutes for a golden finish.
