- 1 block cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup parmesan (shredded)
- 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
- 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on top)
- Mozzarella (to sprinkle on top)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, and diced artichokes. Mix until well blended.
- Stir in the defrosted and squeezed spinach along with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9×9 baking dish or cast iron skillet and sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
