- 2 pounds red grapes (seedless, rinsed and dried)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.
- Remove stems from the grapes and gently fold them into the creamy mixture until well coated.
- Fold in chopped pecans evenly throughout the salad.
- Cover the salad with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight for best flavor.
- Before serving, sprinkle additional brown sugar and chopped pecans on top.
