  3. In another bowl, mix shredded zucchini, milk, vinegar, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures by gently folding them together; avoid overmixing. Stir in cheddar cheese and green onions.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
