  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 medium avocado
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon dry Ranch dressing seasoning
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, vegetable oil, juice from 2 limes, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and chopped cilantro to create the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Allow them to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
