  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 10 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (for egg wash)
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add Greek yogurt, stirring until it forms a sticky dough.
  3. Lightly flour your surface and divide the dough into 10 pieces; roll each into a ball.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly, place about 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center, seal edges, and reshape.
  5. Brush with egg wash (if using) and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes. Air fry bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
