- 1 lb boneless beef loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- Sriracha or chili garlic sauce (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix beef cubes with cornstarch, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli for 2-3 minutes until softened; then add snow peas for another minute.
- Return the beef to the skillet with chopped green onions; mix well and heat through (1 minute).
