  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and your chosen mix-ins.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the nut butter and honey until smooth. Add vanilla extract and salt if using.
  4. Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well-coated.
  5. Transfer to the prepared dish and press down firmly with a spatula.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Once firm, lift out using parchment paper and cut into bars.
