  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into bite-sized chunks; add to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice strawberries into halves or quarters; mix with the pineapple.
  4. Peel and slice mangoes; combine with other fruits in the bowl.
  5. Drain mandarin oranges and add to the mixture.
  6. Peel and chop kiwi into small chunks; fold into the fruit salad.
  7. Slice bananas and incorporate them into the bowl.
  8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture for added flavor.
