- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard (if using). Set aside.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat; sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side. Pour the glaze over salmon in the last minute of cooking.
- Heat olive oil in another pan over medium heat. Add trimmed green beans, season with salt, and cook until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- Plate the salmon alongside brown rice and sautéed green beans. Drizzle extra glaze if desired.
