Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 23 Tbsp Sriracha, to spice preference
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish
  • Green Onion, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cook for 1-2 minutes until browned on one side. Stir and cook until dark green, about 3-4 more minutes. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Brown both sides before mincing with a spatula and cooking until fully done.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Pour over cooked chicken and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Return broccoli to the skillet, stir everything together, and serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.
