  • 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup plant-based butter (room temperature)
  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar vegan marshmallows creme
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Devil's Food cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms. Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set. Cool on wire racks.
  4. For the frosting, beat room temperature butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt; fold in vegan marshmallows crème.
  5. Prepare ganache by microwaving heavy cream over semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Frost cooled cookies with the marshmallow frosting, chill briefly, then drizzle ganache over each cookie.
  7. Pipe reserved frosting into squiggles on top before serving.
