  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (or chopped chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan with grease and parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Incorporate flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips; pour into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and vanilla, then blend in eggs one at a time along with sour cream and heavy cream; pour over cooled brownie base.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 55-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center; cool gradually.
