- 1 pound pinto beans, rinsed and sorted
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
- Rinse pinto beans thoroughly under cold water and sort through them to remove any debris.
- Select the sauté function on your Instant Pot. Add a splash of vegetable broth to prevent sticking.
