- 8 small Sweet Red Apples (Fuji, Jazz, Pink Lady, or Gala)
- 2 cups Golden Delicious Apples
- 2 cups Granny Smith Apples
- 1 cup Filtered Water
- 6 pieces Medjool Dates (or maple syrup/agave)
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Wash all apples thoroughly and cut them into quarters; no need to peel.
- Place the quartered apples in the Instant Pot along with filtered water, Medjool dates (or chosen sweetener), spices, and salt.
- Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
