  • For Topping: 1/4 cup butter (50g), 1/4 cup caster sugar (50g)

  5. Fold in apple chunks gently until evenly distributed in the batter.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
