  • 1 cup sliced shallots
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple juice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon whole cumin seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • Fresh thyme
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper

Instructions
