- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, jerk seasoning, ground allspice, nutmeg, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss everything to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
