- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 cup water
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 low carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, diced tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
- Spread half of the chili mixture in the bottom of the prepared dish. Roll each hot dog in a tortilla and place seam-side down on the sauce.
