- 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the cubed potatoes dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir in olive oil to form a paste.
- Add potatoes to the spice mixture and coat evenly.
