Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest and juice, honey, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh dill. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- In a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
