  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 8 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt & pepper, and milk until well mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into 8 mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Cut each slice of turkey bacon in half and wrap around each mini loaf, tucking the ends underneath.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For crispier bacon, broil for the last few minutes.
