- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt & pepper, and milk until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into 8 mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
- Cut each slice of turkey bacon in half and wrap around each mini loaf, tucking the ends underneath.
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For crispier bacon, broil for the last few minutes.
