Ingredients

- 1 can cherry pie filling (540ml or 2 cups)
- 2 cups heavy whipped cream (or thawed frozen whipped topping)
- 1/2 cup powdered icing sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy whipped cream and powdered sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a 9″ springform pan, layer chocolate wafer cookies at the bottom. Top with 1/3 of the whipped cream and then 1/3 of the cherry pie filling.
- Repeat the layering twice more: cookie layer, whipped cream layer, cherry layer.
