  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • ¾ cup confectioners sugar
  • 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream for topping
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add heavy whipping cream and whip on high until stiff peaks form.
  3. Lower the speed and mix in ricotta, confectioners sugar, and optional cinnamon or orange zest until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in half of the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust evenly.
  6. Chill for at least 3–4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Whip remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold in confectioners sugar before spreading it over the set pie.
  8. Top with remaining mini chocolate chips before serving.
