  • 4 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups M&Ms or chocolate chips
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1¾ cups sugar
  • 2½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1¾ teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Spray a 15'' x 10'' baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheerios, crisp rice cereal, dry roasted peanuts, and M&Ms; toss gently.
  3. In a saucepan, bring light corn syrup and sugar to a boil over medium heat while stirring. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture over the cereal mixture and stir quickly until well-coated.
