- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by combining water, sugar, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Heat until dissolved, then cool.
- Toss sliced strawberries with half of the syrup; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese with remaining syrup until smooth. Gradually mix in granulated sugar.
- Whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
