Ingredients
- 150 ml extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 30 g finely grated nutritional yeast or vegan cheese alternative
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 green olives (finely chopped)
- 6 fresh basil leaves (finely chopped)
- Sliced warm crusty bread
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 150 ml extra virgin olive oil, ½ tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, ½ tsp dried oregano, and ½ tsp dried thyme until well blended.
- Gently stir in 30 g finely grated nutritional yeast or vegan cheese alternative, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 6 finely chopped green olives, and 6 finely chopped fresh basil leaves.
