  • 8 Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt together the chocolate chips and butter until smooth; let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until glossy.
  4. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos while reserving some for topping.
  6. Scoop dough onto the lined baking sheet and press reserved Oreos on top of each cookie mound.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly soft.
  8. Cool for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
