Ingredients
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar (for topping)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined. Pour over the crust.
- In another bowl, combine sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss to coat and sprinkle over the cheesecake layer. Dot with small pieces of cold butter.
