- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the glaze: 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2–3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, peanut butter, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Fill each donut pan well about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until they spring back when touched lightly. Allow cooling before transferring to a wire rack.
- To make the glaze, whisk together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and enough milk for desired consistency.
- Dip cooled donuts in glaze and let set before serving.
