- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup jelly or jam (grape, strawberry, or your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and dollop jelly over it. Use a knife to swirl gently without fully blending.
- Add the remaining batter on top and repeat with more jelly swirls.
