  • 900 grams refrigerated canned biscuits
  • 170 grams turkey turkey pepperoni
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese
  • 80 milliliters unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
  • Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and coat a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and halve the turkey pepperoni slices.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine biscuit pieces, turkey pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared bundt pan evenly.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes. Cover with foil during the last 10 minutes to prevent over-browning.
  6. Allow to cool briefly before inverting onto a serving plate. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce.
