  • 4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat (or use the microwave in intervals) until smooth.
  4. Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to the melted mixture; stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours or until set. Lift out using foil edges and cut into squares.
