Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, vanilla, and espresso until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners (about ¾ full).
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
