  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until sandy.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the raspberries and swirl slightly with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly on top, then add chopped pecans.
  7. Scatter semisweet chocolate chips and white baking chips on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and aromatic.
