Ingredients
- 10 oz angel food cake (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 pints strawberries (sliced)
- 2 pints blueberries
- 6 tbsp fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 oz package white chocolate or cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 12 oz frozen whipped topping (thawed)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and cold water until well combined. Add the pudding mix and whisk for about 2 minutes until smooth. Let stand for 2 minutes, then gently fold in the thawed whipped topping.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the angel food cake cubes at the bottom, followed by half of the blueberries, half of the cream mixture, and half of the sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients: cake cubes, blueberries, cream mixture, and top with remaining strawberries and blueberries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
