  • 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil and butter until tender.
  4. Add minced garlic, dijon mustard, and chicken broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet; stir in sour cream over low heat until warmed through.
