- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 6 tbsp unsalted butter (for caramel sauce)
- ½ cup heavy cream (for caramel sauce)
- 1 tsp sea salt (for caramel sauce)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- 2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- 3. Combine apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour; spread over cooled crust.
- 4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one by one, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- 5. Pour cheesecake mixture over apples; bake for 60-70 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- 6. Cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours.
- 7. For the caramel sauce, melt sugar in a saucepan until amber; stir in butter, then cream, and finish with sea salt.
