Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, olive oil, and yogurt until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
