- 2 tablespoons capers (drained)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine flour, salt, and butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water until the dough forms.
- Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
