  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut each potato into wedges.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges with vegetable oil and minced garlic; stir well.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, black pepper, salt, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, and cilantro. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
  5. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets with space between each wedge.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F; then reduce temperature to 375°F and continue baking for another 40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
