Ingredients

  • Ground beef or turkey
  • Diced onion
  • Diced carrots
  • Frozen peas
  • Minced garlic
  • Chicken broth
  • Non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce
  • Large baking potatoes
  • Butter or olive oil
  • Milk or plant-based milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the baking potatoes, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 45–60 minutes until tender.
  3. In a skillet, combine ground meat, onion, carrots, garlic, peas, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and vegetables are soft.
  4. Remove baked potatoes from the oven; let cool slightly. Cut in half and scoop some flesh into a bowl. Mash with butter or olive oil and milk until smooth.
  5. Fill each potato half with the meat mixture and top with mashed potatoes. Bake again for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
