  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the shrimp by mixing with olive oil and spices.
  2. Grill the shrimp over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  3. Mash avocado in a bowl and mix with onion, cilantro, jalapeño (optional), lime juice, and salt.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for the creamy sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with cooked rice topped with grilled shrimp, guacamole, creamy sauce, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro.
