- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (amount to coat chicken)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
- Lay the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes and evenly distribute minced garlic over the chicken.
